Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable receivable and payroll.
• Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow management.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.
• Collaborate with management to streamline financial processes and provide insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Pay: $25.00 $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
