FullTime Director Thousand Oaks CA

Location: Thousand Oaks Area Elementary Schools
Schedule: Must be available Monday Friday 11 am 6 pmNo weekends!
Pay & Benefits:
- $28/hour

As an AlphaBEST Site Director youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a fun and dedicated team of professionals to deliver the highest quality care learning and excitement to our children.
- Train AlphaBEST staff on how to nurture children and ignite their sense of wonder.
- Provide a caring familyoriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
Heres what youll need:
- BA degree (A degree in an area of Education highly desirable).
- A year or more of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
- Valid California Class C Drivers License.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
