Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Join our team as a Corporate Security Specialist and become a crucial guardian of our organizations safety. Youll oversee daily security operations ensuring that our environment remains secure. Your responsibilities involve maintaining and enforcing vital security protocols. Youll play a pivotal role in identifying and addressing potential risks collaborating with various departments and strategizing to neutralize threats. As the point person for both internal and external stakeholders youll provide guidance and support to the security team ensuring the overall security and wellbeing of our organization.


Job Duties:

To protect our customers property people and/or assets by providing security services to ensure the safety of all employees.
To undertake additional training to ensure continuous selfdevelopment.
Monitor surveillance and alarm systems swiftly responding to security breaches or incidents.
Educate personnel on protocols and emergency response plans.
Investigate security incidents accidents and breaches preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations.
Collaborate across departments to integrate security measures into all operational facets including events facility management and employee safety.
Stay abreast of evolving security trends technologies and regulations providing recommendations for system and procedural enhancements.
Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements of the role.
Follow instructions and procedures appropriately without unnecessarily challenging authority.
Profound problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities to analyze intricate security issues and devise effective solutions.
Exceptional communication skills confidently engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
Expertise in security principles encompassing risk assessment threat analysis and emergency response planning.
Meticulous attention to detail and composed demeanor during highpressure emergency scenarios.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills skilled at task prioritization and meeting deadlines.
Knowledge about pertinent security laws regulations and industry best practices.

Skills & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a security role with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Previous experience in law enforcement military or private security is highly desirable
Knowledge of first aid and CPR preferred
Clean criminal record and ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties including standing walking patrolling and responding to emergencies
