Salary:$30hr $35hr
Schedule: 40hrs per week (OT inclusive) M F (weekends as needed)

Responsibilities:
The Service Technician/Plumber is responsible for installing repairing and maintaining pipes fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. Performs a variety of services ranging from faucets repairs to water heater installations and plumbing systems replacements for residential and commercial customers
- Troubleshoot diagnose and repair malfunctioning plumbing systems and fixtures
- Install plumbing systems and fixtures
- Identify required tools and equipment
- Install repair and maintain sinks tubs and toilets
- Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks
- Learn company safety protocols
- Document all jobsite activities in company record books
- Order new equipment for the work site
- Ensure all installations repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes
- Plan install and service plumbing systems fixtures piping equipment and controls
- Assemble and install valves and fittings
- Install repair and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
- Coordinate with office to ensure no violations are being made for permits startup work or work completed
- Ability to drive a company service truck safely at all times and to maintain a clean driving record
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to maintain a clean organized job site
- Ability to work a varying schedule depending on companys needs; work offshift with minimal notice if required
- Two years of residential plumbing experience preferred
- Honesty and trustworthiness in dealing with customers
- Demonstrate sound work ethic
