Physical Demands
Physical demands of the position are heavy lifting up to 50 pounds walking climbing and bending flexibility. Must be able to work safely in varying temperature extremes since most work will occur outdoors.
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED . Valid Nebraska drivers license (within 6 months of hire).Two plus years of working knowledge of equipment and job functions of a commercial landscaping and grounds operation. Good oral writing and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Five years experience in the installation and maintenance of Toro irrigation systems and Toro Sentinel controllers Five years experience in a commercial landscaping operation. Previous experience with the maintenance and repair of equipment and vehicles associated with a commercial grounds operation. Nebraska pesticide applicator certification.
