What Youll Do:
- Welcome customers with a warm friendly approach to ensure a positive service experience
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Provide clear knowledgeable explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance options
- Prepare precise estimates for service costs and time frames
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely service completion.
- Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicles repairs.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
- Valid drivers license
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong understanding of vehicles including common issues and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
