This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Austin TX Roswell GA or Warren MI three times per week at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business if more than 3 days.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our team focusing on Adobe Cloud integrations into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for global implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development experience with Adobe Cloud products and a passion for creating seamless integrations that enhance customer communication strategies.
Responsibilities include designing developing and maintaining all Adobe tools that are needed to fulfill this role like Adobe Journey Optimizer Adobe Analytics and Campaigns to enhance user engagement and support notifications and digital marketing initiatives. The role involves collaboration with crossfunctional teams customizing Adobe functionalities integrating with Adobe Experience Cloud products optimizing performance and troubleshooting technical issues. You will work closely with our forwardthinking Data Scientists BI Developers System Architects and Data Architects to deliver value to our vision for the future. SCOPE AND IMPACT
- Challenges and problems are of a diverse scope with multiple moving parts where developing a plan and viewing the whole picture is a significant challenge itself. Work is done independently and is reviewed at critical points.
- Owns the development and delivery of solutions driving cross team and group efforts. Leads by example taking responsibility for their own actions acknowledging mistakes and holding themselves accountable for achieving goals. Addresses and evaluates a diverse range of issues using innovative methods and proposing alternative approaches.
- Serves as a mentor to more junior level employees providing coaching and guidance on difficult issues.
- Has significant operational impact across their function.
What Youll Do
- Develop and implement integrations between Azure and Adobe Cloud services specifically AEP and AJO.
- Design develop and implement Adobe cloud components templates and workflows to support region specific notifications like email SMS push and digital transactional and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Adobe tools and technologies (Adobe Journey Optimizer Adobe Campaign Adobe customer Journey Analytics) to create and monitor personalized customer experiences
- Set up and configure templates in AJO to streamline communication processes.
- Create and manage events that trigger communications to various communication providers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Document integration processes templates and configurations for future reference and training.
- Stay updated on Adobe Cloud product features and best practices to continuously improve integration strategies.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on Adobe Cloud integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python.
- Experience with API integrations and web services and Spring boot framework
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with marketing automation tools and customer communication strategies.
- Familiarity with data management and analytics within Adobe Cloud.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS) and data analytics tools.

Compensation:
- The expected base compensation for this role is: $134000 $219400. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
- Bonus Potential:An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance job level and individual performance.
