THE OPPORTUNITY
This Fulltime position offers a detail orientated reporting and analysis professional the opportunity to support the Asset Management & Operations Performance team in establishing and managing data collection. You will enjoy collecting cleansing and then analysing the date to help make recommendations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain a highvolume maintenance and building asset register for customers
- Analyse update and cleanse asset data to meet customer needs
- Project manage asset data collection by on site technicians and contractors
- Assist in designing and maintaining sophisticated capital planning reports through PowerBi
- Respond to enquiries via phone and email to support internal and external stakeholders
- Provide reporting and data analysis on scheduled and adhoc basis
To be considered for this role you will have / be:
- Must have advanced Excel skills
- Power BI / Power Pivot / Power Query reporting experience highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail
