Job Description
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in Public Sector contract management procurement audits and compliance for largescale construction professional services and infrastructure projects.
- Extensive expertise in DesignBidBuild DesignBuild and CMAR MATOC contract structures including task orders amendments and dispute resolution.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven ability to manage highvalue contracts in a complex highpressure environment.
- Deep knowledge of MATOC terms City Charter public contracts and procurement codes to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced multitiered stakeholder environment managing competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with government agencies legal teams financial departments and risk management professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining templates work streams and procurement documentation.
- Experience in developing and leading training programs on contract management and compliance.
- Ability to analyze contract risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Education & Training
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law Construction Management or a related field.
- Professional certifications in contract management or procurement (e.g. Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or equivalent) preferred.
- Familiarity with industrystandard contract management tools and systems.
