We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Task Order Manager with at least 15 years of experience in public sector procurement and compliance with construction and infrastructure programs. This role will oversee and facilitate the Task Order Solicitation (TOS) process ensuring seamless task order solicitation to task order in a highly dynamic and fastpaced environment.
The Construction Task Order Manager will lead a team responsible for managing TOSs simultaneously maintaining a robust contract templates library and work streams and ensuring all agreements align with Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) terms City Charter public contract laws and procurement codes. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep contract expertise strategic problemsolving skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across industry government legal financial compliance and project management teams.
The Construction Task Order Manager will collaborate with LAWAs project delivery teams to prepare task order solicitations and deliver executed Task Orders.
The environment is an extremely fastpaced multitier stakeholder engagement and reporting structures.

At least 15 years of progressive experience in Public Sector contract management procurement audits and compliance for largescale construction professional services and infrastructure projects.
Extensive expertise in DesignBidBuild DesignBuild and CMAR MATOC contract structures including task orders amendments and dispute resolution.
Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven ability to manage highvalue contracts in a complex highpressure environment.
Deep knowledge of MATOC terms City Charter public contracts and procurement codes to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced multitiered stakeholder environment managing competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with government agencies legal teams financial departments and risk management professionals.
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining templates work streams and procurement documentation.
Experience in developing and leading training programs on contract management and compliance.
Ability to analyze contract risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Education & Training
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law Construction Management or a related field.
Professional certifications in contract management or procurement (e.g. Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or equivalent) preferred.
Familiarity with industrystandard contract management tools and systems.
