Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Service Technician to inspect clean and repair returned swing stage rental equipment ensuring it is ready for service. As a Service Technician you will be responsible for repairing counting organizing and loading equipment for transport to job sites. This is a handson role that requires attention to safety standards and a commitment to highquality service. Enjoy the flexibility of making your own hours while working in a dynamic environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have and maintain a valid instate drivers license with a good driving record
- Must be proficient in verbal and written communication in the English language
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills:
- Diligent attention to safety standards and procedures
- Ability to manage time efficiently and productively
- Electrical experience and knowledge are required
Other Requirements:
- All candidates must submit to drug testing a criminal background check and EVerification of their eligibility to work in the US
Training:
- Service Technicians are required to complete factory training on the equipment they service when classes are available
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Maintain a working knowledge of manufacturers specifications for hoist equipment operation and performance standards
- Stay informed on OSHA standards for general industry 1910 and construction 1926
- Inspect clean test and perform maintenance on swing stage equipment in accordance with schematic drawings and service manuals ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications
Working Conditions:
- The employee will spend periods of time standing sitting bending and reaching
- The employee will spend time counting and restocking items in the warehouse and yard
- The employee will be involved in loading and unloading trucks for equipment transport
