Thats why were looking for a skilled Outside Sales Consultant to identify and connect with potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first point of contact the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads building relationships and guiding prospects through the final stages of the sales cycle. This role requires a quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to present our solutions in a compelling way. Every prospect represents an opportunity to drive revenue growth increase customer acquisition and enhance profitability.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Taking prospects through the full sales process from initial meetings and discovery calls through product demos proposals and negotiation.
  • Generate qualified leads and set appointments throughout each month quarter and year to meet or exceed targets.
  • Utilizing cold calls emails door knocking relationship building and inbound leads to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Report to Management with weekly monthly and quarterly results.
  • Represent the companys products and services using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Identify the best practices for refining the companys leadgeneration playbook.

TOOLS AND RESOURCES

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Zoho One
  • HRIS Software (isolved)
  • Ring Central

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Must have an active referral partner network (e.g. CPAs brokers consultants) that they can leverage upon hire.
  • Prior HR or Payroll experience is preferred but not .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related CRM software.

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED is .
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Sales Business or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 23 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations.
