American Home Design is hiring fulltime Outside Sales Representatives for our Knoxville team. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who want a great career and an unlimited financial opportunity while maintaining a nice worklife balance.

Our Outside Sales Representatives go on preset and prequalified appointments in the local East TN area. We provide a professional inhome presentation via an iPad that is persuasive enough for a sameday home improvement purchase decision. Backed by Tennessees #1 Home Improvement company with unmatched products and warranties our representatives are welltrained and setup for immediate success. We offer a lucrative commission structure with a biweekly draw. Our top Outside Sales Reps make $100000$200000 a year!
Outside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners following a welltrained sales system on an iPad
- Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design
- Sell at least 30 of the leads issued to you
- Run approximately 810 leads a week
- Provide excellent customer service before and after installation

- Ability to build instant rapport with customers

- Must be able to pass a background check
