Job Summary
We are seeking an Information Security Systems Engineer to join our growing Information Security Practice. This role combines technical expertise client consulting and project to help organizations strengthen their security posture. The ideal candidate is a proactive problemsolver with a passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to delivering bestinclass security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Solutions & Architecture: Design implement and manage security solutions including firewalls intrusion detection systems endpoint protection and cloud security.
- Client Consulting & Advisory: Engage with clients to assess security needs provide recommendations and develop tailored security strategies.
- Threat Management & Incident Response: Conduct risk assessments identify vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents with root cause analysis and remediation.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry security standards (NIST ISO 27001 GDPR HIPAA PCIDSS) and implement governance frameworks.
- Training & Continuous Improvement: Develop security awareness programs and research emerging security trends to enhance client and internal security postures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in cybersecurity security engineering or consulting roles.
- Strong knowledge of network security encryption security protocols and cloud security (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Experience with security tools (SIEM firewalls IDS/IPS endpoint protection) and scripting languages (Python PowerShell Bash).
- Familiarity with compliance standards (NIST ISO 27001 HIPAA PCIDSS).
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM CEH or CompTIA Security preferred.
