Job Description

Position contingent upon award/funding

HighLevel Description: The ISSE is responsible for engineering secure crossdomain solutions ensuring that security requirements are met during system design development and implementation phases.

Detailed Description: The ISSE will work closely with Solutions Architects and engineers to implement security controls in crossdomain systems. This includes designing deploying and validating security solutions to ensure the secure transfer of data across different security levels. The ISSE will support the risk management process by identifying potential security vulnerabilities analyzing system configurations and conducting penetration testing and other assessments. In addition the ISSE will ensure compliance with DoD NIST and IC security regulations working with other engineers to integrate security features in Cross Domain Systems Solutions Framework (CDSSF) Garrison and Everfoxbased solutions. The ISSE will also update RMF documentation in Xacta and other systems as .

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Computer Science or related field
  • Security CE certification
  • TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
  • 5 years of experience in systems security engineering within the IC with a focus on crossdomain solutions
  • Strong experience with system accreditation and applying security frameworks like RMF
