Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our dynamic team within Hannah Insurance Agency. In this role you will be responsible for soliciting and selling insurance products to both dealership customers and external prospects. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs presenting tailored insurance solutions and ensuring a seamless sales process that aligns with compliance standards and agency goals.

Licensed Insurance Sales Professional Compensation and Benefits:

Licensed Insurance Sales Professional Competitive Salary: $22$24 per hour depending on experience plus 515 commission on written premiums according to the terms of the pay plan.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize worklife balance offering industryleading PTO. New fulltime employees accrue 4 hours per pay period totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year with increases over time.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers at least 3paid holidays per year to the Licensed insurance Sales Professional subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

Licensed Insurance Sales Professional Responsibilities:

  • Sells insurance products and provides customer service to both dealership and outside insurance customers or potential customers.
  • Solicits for new business via lead sources referrals telephone and networking.
  • Develop quotes makes sales presentations and closes sales consistently.
  • Continually follows up on all unsold quotes referrals and X dates.
  • Set financial service and life appointments for agents.
  • Secures ALL trailing documents from clients to assure policy is bound.
  • Use EAgent management program to input sell and track all leads referrals and clients.

Licensed Insurance Sales Professional Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (including listening and speaking).
  • Must have a Property and Casualty Insurance license or be willing to obtain.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize according to deadlines.
  • Ability to work alone self motivate and manage ones own time.
  • Ability to make 40 prospecting phone calls daily.
