Job Description
Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Night Shift (Muenster TX)
Summary & Objective:
Pronto! Staffing is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for a night shift position in Muenster TX. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting industrial and production equipment ensuring the facility operates efficiently. Responsibilities include servicing electrical and mechanical systems maintaining production equipment overseeing physical plant utilities and grounds and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The technician will also collaborate with managers and contractors to coordinate repairs installations and maintenance projects while proactively addressing equipment challenges to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance troubleshooting startups inspections installations and repairs on machinery and equipment aligning efforts with continuous improvement initiatives.
Prioritize maintenance projects effectively including urgent repairs and preventive maintenance programs while managing contractors and inventory.
Partner with production managers to ensure seamless coordination of maintenance activities and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation including checklists logs and reports.
Conduct research and suggest maintenance improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Monitor facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations advising management on necessary actions.
Stay up to date with industry standards and advancements through education networking and professional development.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Vocational trade school or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or a related field preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical mechanical and production equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Schedule & Pay:
Shift: Monday Thursday 11:00 AM 11:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $21/hour depending on experience
