Job Description
Were looking for a positive and motivated customerfocused individual to join our team as an EntryLevel Automotive Service Advisor!
What Youll Do:- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Schedule appointments and maintain repair orders
- Clearly explain recommended services and repairs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely service
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work full shift 7:30 to 5:30
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus but not required!
- Previous customer service experience is helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
