The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled Experienced Financial Analyst (Level 3 to join our dynamic finance team in Albuquerque New Mexico. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial analysis budgeting forecasting and reporting with a strong emphasis on Estimate at Complete (EAC) methodologies. This role will involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decisionmaking and enhance financial performance.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support project management and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast project costs revenues and profitability.
- Prepare and present EAC reports ensuring accuracy and alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather data and provide insights on financial performance.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and longterm financial plans.
- Support the monthend close process ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide adhoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.
- Mentor and train junior analysts fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and project management.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher in accounting finance business or related field
- 3 years of experience performing financial analysis
- 3 years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Proficient in financial modeling forecasting and budgeting techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
