Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patients vital signs and medical condition
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper home care procedures and selfmanagement techniques
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of patient care activities
Requirements
- Valid license in the state of Georgia
- CPR certification
- Compassionate an patientoriented approach to care
- Strong communication
