Summary
Were looking for a Senior Agile Project Manager whos more than a meeting facilitatortheyre a delivery driver a servantleader and a strategic enabler. If you thrive at the intersection of technology process and peopleand can turn chaos into claritylets talk.
Youll be the driving force behind highperforming Agile teams ensuring product and engineering efforts stay aligned focused and fastmoving. Youll bring visibility remove blockers coach for growth and ensure delivery with speed and precision.
What Youll Do
- Lead and manage Agile projects from inception to closure.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables.
- Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to meet project objectives.
- Guide the team on selforganizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Manage release activities across teams to ensure smooth predictable deployment
- Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate thirdparty deliverables to align with internal timelines and quality standards.
- Identify and remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments.
- Collaborate with other project stakeholders to manage and negotiate project scope and ensure product backlog is in good shape.
- Ensure projects deliver desired results within time and budget constraints.
- Monitor team dynamics and team accountability related to delivery commitments.
- Communicate project progress issues and risks in a timely manner to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 58 years of experience in Agile project teams or related roles.
- Experience in software development or IT project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Project Management Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Problemsolving mindset and collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
