Home Entertainment team is seeking a creative analytical and highly motivated Associate Marketing Manager to develop execute and evaluate marketing strategies and onsite experience.
The successful candidate for this high impact role should be a selfstarter with a passion for independent creative problemsolving have proven data analysis skills demonstrate great content creation chops (i.e. strong writing skills) show strong ownership and commitment have proven leadership experience in managing projects and bring relevant insights in marketing and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities: Own projects with considerable scope and/or complexity with significant impact on customer experience and Amazons business .Own all key traffic drivers for the category and work as a category advocate with central traffic teams. Possess a deep understanding of all trafficdriving mechanisms (Search Affiliates Email SEO etc. and actively engaging in optimization of those channels for the business. Work with cross functional teams and internal teams including technology teams to define drive and launch improvements to the shopping experience. Own creation of marketing programs and multiple key traffic drivers to acquire new customers. Conceptualise design and execute online and offline marketing initiatives to extend awareness of our products on and off of Amazon. Develop test and execute multichannel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and authority Conduct indepth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improving programs and site initiatives. Develop the categorys style guidelines merchandising calendar promotions and coop packages. Understand and use merchandising and customerfacing metrics to guide decision making. Present to senior management externally and internally. Meet business goals while ensuring a topnotch customer experience
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation
2 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience in a marketing role
Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress Drupla Joomla etc.
Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
