St. Anthony Hospital (SAH) is looking for Urgent April 2025 coverage. Ongoing dates will begin July 2025 when schedules are released. 24 hour call 8 gratis hours) 7a7aSetting: Call Inpatient Trauma Level IFTE: 1.0Required Procedures/Job Duties: Level I Trauma facility with primary call requirements 24/7/365. Proficiency in general Neurosurgery trauma : EpicSupport Staff: noneReason for Coverage: Vacancies and need additional primary call coverage providers. Credentialing Information:Timeframe: 30 to 120 daysCredentialing with other facilities NoBilling enrollment Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less: NoEmergency temp privs YesCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTSACLSBLSBoard CertifiedDEASTATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTSColorado
