Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of nextgeneration enterprise file system solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in file system architecture performance optimization and data orchestration across core edge and cloud environments.
You will work in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment to drive product innovation shape gotomarket strategies and deliver impactful solutions for customers across various market segments including large enterprises midmarket and SMBs.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for enterprise file system offerings
Develop solutions optimized for highperformance workloads across hybrid environments (onprem edge and cloud)
Lead initiatives for data movement automation and integration across storage platforms
Collaborate with engineering UX marketing and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle
Engage with customers to gather feedback and translate into actionable requirements
Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product strategy
Support product positioning messaging and launch strategies for different customer segments
Drive performance scalability and security improvements in Linux and virtualized infrastructures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
58 years of experience in product management within storage infrastructure or enterprise software
Expertise in file system architecture distributed storage and highperformance computing
Strong understanding of data orchestration and migration across heterogeneous environments
Experience with Linux virtualization and softwaredefined storage
Familiarity with cloudnative technologies and Kubernetes is a plus
Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills
Proven ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and drive product success from ideation to launch
Preferred Experience
Background in HPC AI workflows or edge computing technologies
Understanding of customer needs across various industry verticals
Exposure to enterprise and hybrid cloud deployment models
Experience with tools such as IBM Spectrum Scale (GPFS) is a plus
