The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is hiring Structural Analysis Engineers for advanced aircraft development programs located in Hazelwood MO.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Experienced Level Structural Analysis Engineers.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops integrates and documents structural requirements to establish the system design
Guides product design and verifies structural integrity by using and developing analytical methods finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment characteristics and performance
Coordinates with other engineering groups to establish the products environment
Develops test plans and configurations supports test and analyzes/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications
Defines and documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Travel may be required up to 10 of the time
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance PostStart is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science
(Level 2 2 years of work related engineering experience with a Bachelors or work related engineering experience with a Masters
(Level 3 5 years of work related engineering experience with a Bachelors or 3 years of work related engineering experience with a Masters or work related engineering experience with a PhD
Experience with Finite Element Modeling (FEM) tools (NASTRAN PATRAN)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with aerospace stress analysis and/or structural analysis
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Mechanical Aerospace or Civil Engineering
