What willthe role of Sous Chef involve
Deliveringdishes cooked and presented to company specification
Managingorders stock invoices and food profit
Developingyour team alongside the Head Chef
Dailyoperation of the kitchen
Workingclosely with the General Manager to meet the needs of the business
As a Sous Chef you willneed to have:
Minimumof a year working as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
Beable to read interpret demonstrate and execute all basic meat fish sauceand side dishes as provided by the supervisor
