About Costa
Costa a vibrant coastal Italian restaurant is set to make its grand debut in the heart of Charleston South Carolina. We are dedicated to providing an authentic Italian dining experience celebrating the freshest ingredients exceptional wines and warm hospitality. As we prepare for our grand opening we are seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team and help us deliver an unforgettable dining experience to our guests.

Position Overview:
At Costa we believe that every meal should be an experience to remember. As a Server you will play a pivotal role in creating those memorable moments for our guests. We are looking for experienced servers who are not just passionate about food and wine but are also committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver topnotch attentive and personalized service to our guests ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Menu Knowledge: Be wellversed in our menu offerings including food and wine and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Upsell and Promote: Promote our wine selection and special offerings to maximize revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your work area and dining sections clean organized and presentable at all times.
- Handle Payments: Process guest orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience in a highend or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
- Knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine and wines is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
