What Youll Be Doing
- Leading field operations on largescale commercial roofing jobs
- Managing foremen and field crews ensuring productivity and safety
- Overseeing labor materials and schedules to keep projects on track
- Collaborating with PMs coordinators and clients to drive results
- Representing the company in site meetings with GCs owners and engineers
- Enforcing all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
- Solving problems fast and keeping the job moving
What You Bring
- 5 years of commercial roofing superintendent experience
- Expertise in singleply asphalt metal cold & hotapplied systems
- Proven track record on complex or secure job sites (e.g. hospitals occupied buildings manufacturing)
- OSHAcertified with strong safety leadership
- Confident communicator (Spanishspeaking a plus)
- Comfortable with 50 travel
- Valid drivers license eligible to work in the U.S.
