To manage the companys security operations and aid in developing strategies and procedures to further strengthen the security of procedures and processes within the business.
Security:
Oversee asset protection of both people and staff as well as to prevent theft and inventory/ stock loss.
Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
Supervising recruiting & appointment of a Security Company.
Staff training in security rules and procedures.
Set and Manage budgets for security operations.
Attend meetings professional seminars or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operation.
Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations losses or violations of regulations policies and procedures.
Communicate security status updates and actual or potential problems using new and established protocols.
Participate in site Investigations and report on findings.
Develop work schedules allocating tasks and monitoring staff performance.
Procedures and Processes:
Create or implement security standards policies and procedures.
Write and review securityrelated documents such as incident reports proposals and tactical or strategic initiative.
Respond to threats fire alarms or intrusion alarms following emergency response procedures.
Recommend security procedures for access control.
Identify investigate or resolve security breaches and coordinate appropriate response.
Monitor and manage security policies programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies licensing requirements or applicable government security requirements policies and directives.
Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
