We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager to join our team in Kolkata. In this role you will be responsible for managing EUs (End User) OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Solution Partners (Both Existing and New) Green Field and Brown Field and MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) customers. Your primary focus will be to retain existing business by addressing potential and existing customer requirements including quotes technical support contracts and all related issues. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the companys bookings and sales while maintaining a high level of customer service as specified in the companys objectives.
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Take ownership of Individual booking /Target in the specified territory and Achieve budgets for given financial year.
- Administer potential and existing customer requirements (quotes technical support contracts and related issues).
- Maintain highlevel customer service in line with company objectives.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and new customers development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support Solution Partners/System Integrators MROs OEMs for incremental growth.
- Drive market engagement and build Funnel around uncovered markets and geographies.

You serve as a strategic partner to build grow and maintain profitable and longlasting relationships with key accounts. You make significant progress and remain calm and composed even when faced with uncertainty or challenging situations ensuring consistent progress and customer satisfaction.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Technical Expertise: Technically minded with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of significant work experience.
- Product Knowledge: Experience in selling PLC SCADA HMI VFDs Motion Control Products IIOT Control System Portfolios etc.
- Application Knowledge: Knowledge of Control and Automation applications.
- Competitive Awareness: Understanding the offerings of competitors.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as Industrial Automation Sector mainly in Steel Plants Power Plants Cement Oil & Gas Metals and Mining Pharma Metro and Infra etc.
- Market Insight: Overall market knowledge and familiarity with customers in the region of West Bengal Odisha Jharkhand Bihar & N.E.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- BE/ BTech Instrumentation/ Electronics.
- 10 to 12 years working experience in similar field.
