Position Overview:
As a Charge Nurse Supervisor at a stateoperated hospital in Indiana you will lead nursing teams to deliver highquality patient care while ensuring compliance with hospital policies legal standards and professional guidelines. This role combines clinical expertise with administrative leadership emphasizing emergency response staff development and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
Education:Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Licensure:Valid Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS certification (required)
Experience:3 years of nursing experience in acute or psychiatric settings (preferred)
Technical Skills:Staff training policy implementation and emergency response leadership; Patient care evaluation and treatment planning
Soft Skills:Strong leadership decisionmaking and conflictresolution abilities; Collaborative communication with interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and administrative oversight to nursing staff ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Develop implement and evaluate program goals and therapeutic outcomes.
Lead emergency response efforts for patient/staff crises and conduct safety rounds.
Educate staff on policies monitor compliance and address care/performance issues.
Recruit onboard and evaluate nursing personnel; deliver constructive feedback.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs and serve on facility committees.
Ensure accurate documentation and alignment with hospital procedures.
