Job Description
Praescient Analytics has an immediate opening for an Open Source Intelligence Analyst (Spanish Language) to support 1st IO Command in Alexandria VA. As an Open Source Intelligence Analyst you will need experience in the following:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct allsource analytic production on sources and products of information available from public private and U.S. and foreign Government open source materials within established security protocols. Analyzes foreign and domesticbased publicly available information to identify trends patterns and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.
Minimum Experience:
- Either a Bachelors Degree and 3 years of experience with Spanishlanguage analysis or a High School Diploma and 7 years of experience with Spanish language analysis.
- 3 years of experience with conducting Open Source Research (OSR) or Open Source Intelligence (OSINT).
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete indirect highly complex seemingly unrelated and / or technically advanced.
- Experience with researching in the source language on foreign language website
- Experience with foreign nations social media use customs and terminology.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate with other IC members on information sharing driving collection and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrate ability to develop concise insightful and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to show Reading and Listening test scores of ILR 3/3 or ACTFL Superior forSpanishlanguage.
- Active TS/SCI or higher clearance (Must Have)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with supporting IO planning or missions.
- Experience with commercial or government OSINT or PAI research tools.
