Job Description

Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Sales Assistant

Location: MercedesBenz of Midlothian VA

Pay: $12.50 per hour plus commission

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Commercial Vehicle Sales Assistant to join our sales team. The successful candidate will support our commercial vehicle sales efforts by managing leads assisting customers and facilitating the sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills a keen understanding of customer needs and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Commercial Vehicle Sales Team with daily tasks and customer interactions.
Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with potential commercial vehicle customers.
Generate potential commercial vehicle sale leads.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Provide detailed information about our commercial vehicle offerings and services.
Schedule and coordinate test drives and appointments with prospective buyers.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies and promotional materials.
Assist with vehicle inventory management and lot organization.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in sales customer service or the automotive industry is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Passion for the MercedesBenz brand and an understanding of commercial vehicle needs.
