Job Description
Introduction
Are you busy with your SAICA training and unhappy or looking for more exposure
Our lovley medium sized client based in Ruimsigis looking for SAICA trainees to hit the ground running. This is a firm that takes pride in their trainees. You will not be a number but rather a part of the family. Mentorship and guidance are a priority.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Registered Accounting degree that is SAICA approved and in progress at a SAICA accredited institute
Drivers License
Own vehicle (preferable but can be discussed further)
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Afrikaans and English)
Computer literate including Outlook Word and Excel
Previous experience as a SAICA trainee Essential
Duties & Responsibilities
The Trainee Accountant will report to the Audit Supervisor and duties will include but are not limited to:
Producing accurate and timely client reports.
Performing and reporting on Audit tasks in a timely manner.
Obtaining reliable and sufficient evidence for all audit procedures.
Completing regular rating assessments as outlined by SAICA
Compilation of Financial Statements
This role will align with SAICAs training policies candidates must be focused and determined on becoming a Chartered Accountant. Balancing work and studies is a must as it is required by SAICA to progress in both.
