Job Description
Sentient HR provides staffing solutions to licensed childcare centres across Ontario. Were committed to helping educators grow develop professionally and thrive in their roles.
As an ECA you will be responsible for working collaboratively with childcare staff and the Supervisor at various centres located in Peel region (Mississauga and Brampton). Your role includes fostering a nurturing safe environment for children from infant to school age supporting daily activities and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

- Support staff and contribute to a collaborative positive team environment
- Follow all regulations and guidelines including CCEYA AQI and HDLH
- Participate in all mandatory company activities trainings and meetings.
- Perform other duties as required
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Police check (within 6 months)
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPRC
- Reliable transportation within Peel region (Mississauga and Brampton).
