Job Description

Eldercare is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Assistant to join our the team at our Seaford site.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused individual to support our residential aged care site in Mount Barker in providing excellence in front line customer and administrative services. With a courteous and friendly manner you will deliver superior customer service to all staff residents families and visitors. In addition to reception duties this varied role will focus on supporting key site functions such as recruitment ordering records management and daily accounting functions.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Extensive customer service and administration experience
  • Proven capacity to work autonomously and manage time and competing priorities effectively in a busy environment
  • Experience in using computerbased administration systems
  • An adaptable and positive approachto providing timely and highquality customer service across a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities
  • A courteous and professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability tobuild relationships with stakeholders

To work for Eldercare you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
