Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capableTechnical Programme Managerwith deep experience incommunications remediation and networkingto lead complex multidisciplinary technology programmes. This role plays a key part in delivering robust and secure communications infrastructure improvements ensuring critical services are reliable resilient and futureproofed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend delivery of programmes focused onnetworking infrastructurecommunications remediation and system upgrades across large environments.
- Develop and manage comprehensive programme plans ensuring alignment with business strategy budget and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams network engineers service providers and key business stakeholders to ensure successful programme outcomes.
- Manage risks dependencies and resourcing across multiple project workstreams.
- Drive communication and stakeholder engagement across technical and nontechnical audiences managing expectations at all levels of the business.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and resilience of communications infrastructure.
- Deliver regular reports and executive summaries to senior leadership translating technical detail into clear business insights.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record delivering largescaletechnical infrastructureornetworking programmes.
- Strong background incommunications infrastructure remediation including telephony WAN/LAN VoIP SDWAN or similar environments.
- Experience managing crossfunctional teams and thirdparty vendors in a matrix organisation.
- Confident managing both upwards (to exec level) and downwards (to technical delivery teams).
- Strong analytical problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
