1. Understand the Scenario of incident where NCR/SNCR found & identify whether scenario leads to NCR/SNCR/OOS/OOT.
2. On floor visit for investigation authentic data collection for the cause identifying investigation & if necessary carry out interview with concerned person involved in investigation.
3. Perform Investigation through different tools: 5 why Analysis fishbone Diagram statically tools Tables/chart: column chart pie chart bar chart line chart.
4. Drafting the investigation report in a way which can be easily understood (Cause & Effects) & suggest CAPA based on investigation.
5. To ensure online documentation of all QMS elements NCR OOS OOT in track wise & ensure tracking & update superior from time to time.
6. To ensure timely closing of QMS elements or extension if required & update superior time to time.
Qualification & Experience
B. Pharma / M. Pharma with 5 to 8 Years Working experience with injectable Production.
Must have exposer of Audit & QMS activity for SVP PFS Injectable line.
