As an Account Manager youll be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing midmarket clients. You will act as the primary point of contact ensuring customer success retention and growth while running the full sales cycle. This role requires strong relationship management skills strategic thinking and expertise in managing CRM data to enhance pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting while collaborating closely with Ideagens PreSales Solutions Consultants and Customer Teams to maximize value for clients.
