Job Title: Senior Project Architect

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic design team. This role requires a strong background in Revitbased documentation extensive experience in design development and construction documents and a passion for mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate is either a licensed architect or on a clear path to licensure with a deep understanding of project delivery code compliance and construction methodologies.
Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design and documentation process from concept through construction.
Develop and coordinate construction documents in Revit ensuring quality accuracy and code compliance.
Serve as the technical lead on projects collaborating with consultants and engineering disciplines.
Mentor and support junior staff in architectural best practices software skills and project processes.
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project phases.
Coordinate with contractors during bidding and construction administration phases.
Review shop drawings respond to RFIs and manage construction observation efforts.
Assist with quality control code review and zoning research.
Participate in client meetings and presentations clearly communicating design and technical decisions.
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture or .
Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
Minimum of 810 years of architectural experience including construction documentation and project coordination.
Expert proficiency in Revit is required; additional software such as AutoCAD Enscape Rhino or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Proven experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
Strong knowledge of building codes ADA and construction processes.
Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
