Job Description

At Klipboardweve introduced a flexible hybrid work policy where employees spend three days in the office and two days working from home. This approach promotes a balanced work environment that combines office collaboration with the comfort and convenience of remote work.

Our global CRM administrator bridges the gap between the system and the users who interact with it. To do this effectively the administrator should ideally have an indepth understanding not only of the Hubspot software but also of sales marketing business processes and how they relate to the software to maintain the data and align all business units across the KCS Group. Skills in other online marketing tools data management and reporting would also be valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CRM Management:
    1. Oversee the daytoday operations of the Hubspot CRM system.
    2. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM.
    3. Implement and manage CRM workflows and automation to streamline business processes.
    4. Consults with various teams and oversees the maintenance and usage of customer and prospect data for multiple categories of stakeholders.
    5. Works with all relevant stakeholders to review sales and marketing processes and seek continual improvements with database management and reporting
    6. Serve as the CRM expert pushing forward the best practices and key rules of the system worldwide
  2. M&A Integrations:
    1. Lead the integration of CRM system with acquired business after mergers and acquisitions.
    2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless data migration and system alignment.
    3. Develop strategies to harmonize CRM processes across newly integrated business units.
  3. User Assistance:
    1. Provide support and training to users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
    2. Address user queries and troubleshoot issues promptly.
    3. Foster a usercentric approach to enhance CRM adoption and utilization.
    4. Proactively train keyusers throughout the organization to ensure high adoption rates of the revenue technology stack including HubSpot.
  4. Building Reports and Dashboards:
    1. Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
    2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for management.

Utilize data visualization tools to present information clearly and effectively.

Skills Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM and other online marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales marketing and business processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various business units.
  • Effective communication and training skills.
  • Organised structured methodical and accountable (with accurate data input skills and attention to detail)
  • Selfmotivated individual who works well as part of a team
  • Accommodating assertive and ability to have fun in a sometimesstressful environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines
