Accounts Payable

50 Floor Inc. is looking for a fulltime (FT) teamoriented Accounts Payable Specialist. This role reports to the Accounting Supervisor and supports other staff including the Staff Accountant. The position will be responsible for processing accounts payable invoicing weekly payment cycles cutting checks reconciliation of accounts related to accounts payable and assisting with monthend close.

Duties:

• Highvolume fullcycle accounts payable processing
• Assemble review and verify all payment request types
• Threeway match of purchase orders invoices and receiving documentation
• Data entry of payment requests including payment scheduling
• Process daily adjustments to payments for overpay or charges
• Assist in production of the weekly check runs
• General Ledger (GL) coding
• Maintain vendor files for invoices and record retention
• Correspond with vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements
• Assist with vendor W9 and 1099 tax document compliance
• Provide supporting documentation for audits
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information

Requirements:

• 3 years of fullcycle accounts payable experience required
• 1 years of general ledger (GL) experience strongly desired
• Associates degree or college level coursework in Accounting a plus
• Microsoft Office specifically Excel Word and Outlook a must
• Experience in a small to midsize growing company a plus
• Sage Intacct experience preferred
