Job Description
Projects Implementation Tech
Millennium Physician Group
Schedule: PRN As Needed
The Projects Implementation Technician engages in modification or construction of new or existing spaces within MPG buildings for the purpose of increasing operation capabilities at sites. The tasks engaged in by the Technician may include (but are not limited to) forms of demolition site clearing framing wiring hanging drywall plumbing painting flooring installation ceiling grid installation casework installation and HVAC ductwork installation. This position reports to the Projects Implementation Supervisor. This position requires travel to various sites within MPG in company vehicle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Preparing construction sites materials and tools
- Removing debris garbage from sites
- Loading and unloading of materials tools and equipment
- Assembling and breaking down barricades ladders and singlelevel scaffolding
- Assisting third party vendors as required
- Assisting with transport and operation of heavy tools and equipment
- Regulating walkways and pedestrian traffic at office locations
- Digging holes and trenches
- Mixing pouring and leveling concrete
- Following all health and safety regulations
Education and/or Experience
Education: High School Diploma
Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of construction or building trades.
Must have valid driver license and approved driving record.

- Ability to move lift carry and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and more than 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to push pull bend stoop and reach upward.
- Ability to grasp turn and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and handeye coordination
- Ability to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
