CapRadio is a missiondriven public media organization that exists to create more informed involved and educated communities. We are the only nonprofit broadcaster in the region that operates a 20person local newsroom and develops locallyproduced news classical music and jazz shows. We connect with communities through 32 radio broadcast towers live streaming newsletters ondemand audio live experiences and more.
CapRadio is recognized for our factbased nonpartisan news coverage state politics and government accountability reporting that is aired daily by NPR stations throughout California hyperlocal communityengaged journalism and locallyhosted classical music and jazz programs. Who were looking for
The Director of Sponsorship is a senior leadership role responsible for driving topline revenue growth achieving sales targets and developing CapRadios sponsorship revenue potential. This role requires a dynamic resultsdriven sales executive with a proven track record in media sponsorships integrated marketing solutions and strategic revenue development. The Director of Sponsorship leads all aspects of sponsorship sales including strategy business development team leadership and key client relationship management to maximize revenue performance.
Were looking for candidates with a proven track record in highlevel sales leadership with experience driving multimilliondollar sponsorship revenue in radio digital or integrated media environments; expertise in selling multiplatform advertising solutions including audio digital and experiential sponsorships; strong leadership coaching and team development capabilities with a history of building highperforming sales teams; deep relationships with local businesses corporate brands advertising agencies and media buyers; and a mindset that aligns with CapRadios mission and brand values to match the quality and excellence that our community expects.

Salary
The annual base compensation for this role is $130000 plus a competitive commission structure with bonus incentives. CapRadio also offers:
