Job Description

Front Desk Attendant P.M. Armleder Campus Downtown Cincinnati

Reports To: Principal Armleder Campus

Status: Parttime NonExempt 11Month Position

Schedule: 12:005:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday following the school calendar

Start Date: August 4 2025


Job Summary: Main responsibilities are to be a resource to and assist members of the Armleder school community: faculty staff students parents and visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent people skills in person writing and over the phone
  • Organized
  • Professional
  • Enjoys and able to work with children of all ages
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to function in a fastpaced environment
  • Comfortable working in a multidenominational Christian community

MENTAL FUNCTIONS: While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to compare analyze communicate copy coordinate instruct compute synthesize evaluate use interpersonal skills compile and negotiate.
