We are seeking a highly motivated IT Associate Trainee to join our Smart team. You will provide efficient and effective IT application support to endusers ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services.
Dedicated to quality using exceptional communication skills to keep our worldclass systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in validating and fulfilling client requirements.
- Perform basic application validation and support tasks.
- Problemsolving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently thoroughly & efficiently.
- Provide client support via email phone and remote assistance.
- Help manage incidents and maintain records of resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Open to work 5 days week in an office environment (sometimes overlapping US Shift)
What Sets You Apart (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience: IT Fresher B.E BCA MCA . IT) with 0 to 6 months of experience.
- Skills: Basic understanding of SQL MySQL networking Windows and scripting.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication (Must Have)
- Knowledge of basic programming language concepts HTML NodeJS JavaScript (Good to have)
