Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving innovative web solutions that align with our strategic business objectives. As a ReactJS Developer you will contribute significantly to enhancing user experiences and delivering highquality software that supports our clients digital transformation journeys.
Software Requirements
Required:
- Advanced knowledge of ReactJS and Redux
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Strong understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control
Preferred:
- Experience with additional web technologies and frameworks
Overall Responsibilities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Write clean maintainable and testable code to drive project success.
- Participate actively in code reviews offering constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug software to ensure optimal functionality.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts contributing to company growth and development.
Technical Skills (By Category)
Programming Languages:
- Required: JavaScript
- Preferred: TypeScript
Frameworks and Libraries:
- Required: ReactJS Redux
- Preferred: Experience with other JavaScript libraries
Development Tools and Methodologies:
- Required: Git Agile methodologies
- Preferred: Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in React development
- Proven track record of delivering highquality software solutions
- Experience working effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Industry experience in technology or related sectors is preferred
DaytoDay Activities
- Write test and maintain React code to meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve code issues promptly ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Engage in regular code reviews providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in React and web technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Additional certifications in React or related technologies are a plus
