The Wesleyan Athletic Department located in the Freeman Athletic Center a stateofthe artfacility is a member of the prestigious New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC). They sponsor 30 varsity sports and believe athletics plays an integral part in a Wesleyan scholarathletes liberal arts education. Highly trained and dedicated faculty coaches administrators and staff work collaboratively and tirelessly to assist studentathletes in reaching their academic and athletic goals.
Reporting to the head coach of Swimming and Diving the assistant Swimming and Diving coach will have primary duties in planning for training sessions and competition providing input on player evaluation and recruiting as well as other decisions concerning team operations. This includes the vision to develop and implement a strategic plan for longterm growth and improvement of the Swimming and Diving program at Wesleyan University.
Responsibilities include coaching and teaching 75 of expected effort) and administrative duties 25 of expected effort).
