Regency Management Inc. in Beaverton OR is hiring a driven and strategic Community Portfolio Manager to lead our SouthSide Properties portfoliospanning Benton Linn and Marion countieson a fulltime hybrid schedule. DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS ROLE
This is a fulltime hybrid position scheduled Saturday through Friday 40 hours per week). The role allows for remote flexibility but requires periodic onsite visits across Benton Linn and Marion counties for property analysis team development and operational oversight.
As our Community Portfolio Manager youre the engine behind the success of your 9property portfolio. Each day youll guide and support Community Managers removing obstacles and ensuring they hit their SMART goals. Youll implement consistent procedures lead department meetings and collaborate on owner reports that tell the story of each propertys progress. Your day will include everything from shaping budgets and scheduling rent increases to identifying risks resolving staffing needs and stepping in as backup when needed. Whether youre refining systems responding to urgent issues or building relationships with property owners youre the leader who keeps it all alignedand constantly improving.
DO YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree OR 4 years of qualified life and professional experience
- 5 years of property management experience in a seniorlevel role
- Thorough knowledge of commercial property management principles practices and procedures
- Proficiency in the management of all types of portfolio asset types
- Willingness to seek opportunities to develop new skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities deadlines and workloads quickly and frequently
- Ability to manage a group of people
- Ability to work as a leader and a follower collaborating with teams to solve problems with respect and kindness
