Description

ESIS is currently seeking a Partnership Associate that would manage a variety of tasks for our Client Services as part of our Centralized Accounts Group.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Acts as a single point of contact for clients to respond to questions concerns and problems. Understands how to leverage strategy and relationship to resolve issues.
  2. Contribute to the growth and profitability of ESIS by strategically managing the retention of ESIS clients by revenue and unit.
  3. Assist Partnership Leaders to increase the speed and efficiency of our renewal cycles.
  4. Complete a variety of different tasks to assist Partnership Leaders in managing their desks and deliver a consistent product to our clients:
    1. Complete checklist of renewal processes
    2. Input data into CRM tool
    3. Assist with production of documents specific to department needs
    4. Coordinate claims reviews and audit prep
    5. Maintenance of internal systems team roster updates
    6. Spreadsheet updates
  5. Monitor the quality of data in the system an integral part of our process. This will be accomplished through analyzing administrative reports on a monthly basis and performance quality checks
  6. Maintain and update spreadsheets for location structures and manage updates in internal claim system
  7. Execute the contracting process which will include using DocuSign to send the contract to the appropriate client contact and manage the timeframes for follow up as outlined in our Legal Contracting Process.
  8. Run and distribute medical panel postings and updates as necessary and annually upon clients renewal.
  9. Prepare for file reviews which will include scheduling of the file review collect documents organize books and produce booklets for all clients under # claims per year
  10. Manage accuracy of renewal documents by performing quality reviews.


Qualifications
  • College degree or comparable work experience at least 57 years
  • Work experience and indepth knowledge of the property and casualty (Workers Compensation and Liability) claims industry
  • 12years direct experience in account management
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel PowerPoint & Word including a high level of experience and the ability to create pivot tables and produce charts in Excel;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels and functions within the organization;
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
  • Willingness to work in an ambiguous and changing environment;
  • Focus on in a timely efficient manner

The pay range for the role is $65200 to $110800. The specific offer will depend on an applicants skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
