As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern youll get handson experience and play an important role on a highperforming recruiting team. Our team supports both the daytoday logistics and the longterm strategies that keep our recruiting function running smoothly. This internship is a great opportunity to learn more about human resources and recruiting operations within a fastpaced peoplefocused organization.
About the role:
Build your business acumen by attending team meetings huddles and training sessions
Support the team by managing and maintaining inboxes team resources process documentation and more
Help organize and analyze data to drive decisionmaking and track team progress toward goals
Contribute to the coordination and administration of projects that align with team initiatives
Draft internal communications such as team updates or announcements
Assist with scheduling and organizing team meetings events celebrations or teambuildings
Take clear actionable notes during team meetings as needed
About you:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Communications or a related field
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new tools and processes
Interest in the behindthescenes processes of recruiting and HR
